Joost Frehé was a student of SEFI where he practised Kempo and Kobudo. In 2001 (Sept 11) he visited London for the first time. In 2005 he moved to London where he practiced Okinawa Goju-Ryu (IOGKF) under sensei George Andrews. During the years Joost Frehé, from 1991 on, visited many seminars of sensei Patrick McCarthy. As a result now in 2009 Joost Frehé is studing TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and he is operating a dojo in London where he is responsible for teaching Ko Ryu Uchinadi.
